The Nightmaster
CEO of the Artifact Recovery and Restoration Consortium (ARRC) from songset until songrise.
Nccz Ward, The Nightmaster

But beneath the terrifying specter is a man haunted by abuse and betrayal, forced to bear the torturous weight of responsibility for thousands, if not millions, of lives. Wary of relationships and forever denied the warmth of Song's light, he is a solitary nocturn that basks in Sister's glow each night, trapped by his past. A man desperately clinging to his mission and his purpose to hold himself away from the shadows within, so that he can protect the people he cares about from those growing within the city.
In combat Nccz is the stuff of nightmares, proficient with any weapon that comes to hand, eerily strong, and impossibly quick. He is cold, calculated, unflinching, and even more deadly behind enemy lines than he is on the front line. The Nightmaster has no old enemies.

But a disturbance in the camp created an opportunity she could not ignore. For the first time in her life, Keer listened to that small voice that spoke to her darkest heart:
"Kill them! Make them pay!"
Fully expecting to die that night, Keer instead found herself reborn, her world changing diametrically as she scrambled to adapt and find her place in it. Stubborn but uncertain, recalcitrant but longing for connection, Keer has attached herself to the "dark god" known as The Nightmaster, seeing in him many of her own contradictions as well as a strength she hopes to one day share.
